Kemeia partner commission: tiers, conditions and examples
Kemeia partners earn commission on eligible, paid customer orders. The starting rate is 20%, and higher tiers pay up to 30% once you reach the tier requirements in your partner agreement.
Commission tiers

Your eligible sales add up from the day you join. Once your total passes a threshold, the higher rate applies to your orders from then on, for as long as your partnership stays active.
Your commission basis and tier requirements are set out in your partner agreement before you begin.
What counts as an eligible sale
Commission applies to orders that customers attributed to you have paid for. Your partner agreement sets out the commission basis in full.
An eligible sale is an order from a customer attributed to you that has been paid in full. Commission is calculated on the products total, without shipping or tax, and a refund reduces it.
When commission is paid
Kemeia pays commission every Friday for the eligible orders your customers paid in the week before, Monday to Sunday. Bank processing times affect when a payout reaches your account.
The three-month activity rule
You earn on eligible repeat orders from your customers while your partnership stays active. Revenue-sharing eligibility expires after 3 consecutive months without a sale. Your agreement explains how sales activity is measured and how expiry affects attributed customers and outstanding commissions.
When eligibility expires, your customers return to Kemeia and can be assigned to another partner. Commission you have already earned is still paid.

At the 20% starting rate, every $1,000 in eligible sales earns $200 in commission.
