What the site is for
The site describes Kemeia's independent sales partnership and lets you apply for it. Applying creates no partnership, employment or other relationship. A partnership exists only once both sides sign a written partner agreement, whose terms take priority over anything on this site.
Information, not advice
Earnings figures on this site are illustrations based on the commission rates described, and depend on the eligible sales a partner actually makes. Income is not guaranteed. Statements about tax, contractor status or law are general information for Canada and are not legal, tax or financial advice.
Acceptable use
- Submit only true information about yourself in the application form.
- Do not use automated tools to submit applications or to scrape the site beyond what robots.txt allows.
- Do not attempt to access systems or data that are not offered to you.

The Kemeia name, wordmark, text, photographs and design belong to Kemeia or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of the opportunity. Any other use needs written permission. Partners' use of the brand is governed by the partner guidelines and the partner agreement.
