Kemeia partner program: questions and answers
What happens after I apply?
We review your application and call qualified applicants to talk the partnership through. If it is a fit, onboarding covers the product range, training and the partnership terms before you begin.
We reply within 5 business days.
What products would I represent?
Kemeia partners represent wellness products. You see the full range, its positioning and the supporting education in the partner portal once your application is approved, and onboarding takes you through it.
Is Kemeia an MLM?
No. You earn commission only on orders from your own customers, and nobody is paid for recruiting other partners. Joining is free, and Kemeia holds all the stock.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no fee to apply or to join, and partners are never asked to buy product to take part.
Do I have to buy or hold inventory?
No. Kemeia carries the inventory and ships every order, so there is no stock for you to buy, store or deliver.
How is my commission calculated?
Commission is a percentage of each eligible, paid order from the customers attributed to you. The starting rate is 20%, and higher tiers pay up to 30% once you meet the tier requirements in your partner agreement. No earnings amount is guaranteed. The commission page has the tier table, the conditions and worked examples.
When do I get paid?
Commission is paid every Friday for the eligible orders your customers paid in the week before, Monday to Sunday. Bank processing times affect when a payout reaches your account.
What does "lifetime revenue share while active" mean?
You keep earning on eligible repeat orders from the customers attributed to you for as long as your partnership stays active. Staying active means making at least one sale in any three consecutive months.
What happens if I don't make a sale for three months?
Revenue-sharing eligibility expires after three consecutive months without a sale. Your customers then return to Kemeia and can be assigned to another partner, and commission you have already earned is still paid.
Can I sell to businesses as well as individuals?
Yes. Partners bring individual customers, business accounts, or both. Your network can include personal contacts, gym and studio owners, and other wellness businesses.
Do I need sales experience?
No. What matters is a network you can speak with directly and the trust you have built with it. Kemeia provides product teaching, guidance on introducing the range and sales strategy for follow-up.
Can I do this alongside my job or business?
Yes. Hours are flexible and self-directed, so partners fit the work around a job, a client roster or a business they already run.
Am I an employee of Kemeia?
No. Partners are independent contractors who sign a partner agreement. You choose your own hours, you earn commission on your customers' orders, and you handle your own taxes.
Do I need to register for GST/HST?
You must register once your taxable revenue passes $30,000 in a single calendar quarter or across four consecutive calendar quarters. Below that threshold you are a small supplier under Canada Revenue Agency rules, and registration is optional. Kemeia does not give tax advice, so confirm your own position with the CRA or an accountant.
Can I post about Kemeia on social media or message people about it?
Yes, within two rules. Every post discloses the commission relationship, for example "I earn commission from Kemeia". Emails and texts follow Canada's anti-spam law: consent, clear identification and a way to unsubscribe. The partner guidelines set out both.
Which provinces can I apply from? Is Quebec open?
The application form accepts every province and territory except Quebec. Applications from Quebec aren't open yet. The first partner opportunities are in Calgary and Edmonton, and partners elsewhere in Canada are welcome too, including those whose customers order online.
Can massage therapists, physiotherapists or other regulated health professionals join?
No. The program is closed to regulated health professionals, including massage therapists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, naturopaths, pharmacists, dietitians and nurses. Selling products to their own patients creates a conflict of interest under the rules of their provincial colleges.
Can I see the products before I apply?
The full range is shown in the partner portal once your application is approved. Before that, the introductory call covers the kind of products Kemeia offers and how partners introduce them.
