Additional revenue for gym and studio owners
A gym or studio owner can add a revenue line from Kemeia without putting a single product in the stockroom. You introduce Kemeia's wellness products to your members, and each eligible order they pay for earns you commission.
How it fits the way your gym runs
Wellness questions already come up at a gym: in the onboarding session after a member signs up, at a progress check, at the front desk after a class. Kemeia gives those conversations somewhere to go without adding a sales counter.
Payment, shipping and the member's questions about an order all go to Kemeia, so neither product nor product money passes through your front desk.
A post on the gym's social accounts reaches the members you don't see every week, within the rules below.
What your members order
Members order from Kemeia's wellness range, which you see in full in the partner portal once you are approved. Kemeia takes you through the range, its positioning and the education behind it before any member hears about it.
A worked commission example
Example: the customers you introduce place $1,000 of eligible, paid orders in one month. At the 20% starting rate, your commission on those orders is $200.
Illustration only, not a projection or promise of income. The amount is hypothetical and a month with no sales pays nothing. Kemeia pays commission only: there is no salary, income is not guaranteed, and results depend entirely on the sales you make. Revenue-sharing eligibility expires after 3 consecutive months without a sale. Figures are before your expenses and taxes.
How a partner moves past the starting tier, and what counts as an eligible sale, is set out on the partner commission page.
Rules for promoting Kemeia at your gym
- Disclosure travels with every recommendation. At the desk and on the gym's social accounts, members hear that you earn commission from Kemeia before a product is named.
- Product wording comes from Kemeia. Signs, emails and posts repeat the claims each product's licence allows, as Kemeia supplies them, and add nothing.
- Nobody at the gym diagnoses or prescribes, trainers included. A member who brings up a health condition or the medicines they take is pointed to their doctor or pharmacist.
- Messages about Kemeia go one to one, or in a newsletter members agreed to receive. The partner guidelines call group blasts and mass texts spam. Every message needs the reader's consent, your name, the statement that you are a Kemeia partner, a mailing address, a way to reach you and a way to unsubscribe.
The partner guidelines give the detail behind each rule and form part of your partner agreement.
Questions gym and studio owners ask
Does any product money pass through the gym?
None does. Members pay Kemeia directly, and your commission comes from Kemeia under your partner agreement once their payment has arrived.
Can the trainers and instructors at my gym become partners too?
Each of them can apply, and every partner signs a separate agreement and earns only on orders from their own customers. Kemeia pays nobody for bringing other partners in, so a trainer's sales earn you nothing.
Team members may introduce Kemeia and pass on orders under your partner agreement. The commission is yours, and you make sure they follow the partner guidelines.
Is the partner agreement with me or with my business?
Partners sign an independent contractor agreement with Kemeia before they begin. Qualified applicants get a call to talk the partnership through, and that call is the place to explain how your gym is set up.
Either. A gym's company can sign the partner agreement, or the owner can sign as an individual.
How much of my time does this take?
Kemeia sets no hours, so you decide how much time goes into it. The work on your side is introductions and follow-ups, because each order is Kemeia's to process and ship.
Can we feature Kemeia on the gym's social accounts?
Yes, with the commission disclosure on each post, where people see it without clicking. Paid ads that use the Kemeia name need Kemeia's written approval first, and images of the range must be Kemeia's own logo files and product photos, unaltered. A member newsletter may mention Kemeia when every member on the list agreed to receive it.
