Wellness products for spas and salons, without inventory

Spa and salon clients already expect retail at the front desk, and Kemeia adds wellness products to that moment without adding stock. You introduce the range, the client pays Kemeia and receives the order from Kemeia, and each eligible order earns you commission.

How it fits a spa or salon day

Two moments suit a Kemeia conversation. Checkout is the first, while the client settles up and books the next visit. The treatment follow-up comes later, at the start of the next appointment or in a one-to-one reply to a client who asked, and it suits clients who wanted time to think at checkout.

Nothing about Kemeia belongs in the treatment room: a client on the table came to switch off, and products can wait for the desk.

What spa and salon clients order

Clients choose from Kemeia's wellness range, which you see in full in the partner portal once you are approved. Kemeia walks you through the range and its positioning before you offer it, so the desk conversation rests on supplied information.

A worked commission example

Example: the customers you introduce place $1,000 of eligible, paid orders in one month. At the 20% starting rate, your commission on those orders is $200.

Illustration only, not a projection or promise of income. The amount is hypothetical and a month with no sales pays nothing. Kemeia pays commission only: there is no salary, income is not guaranteed, and results depend entirely on the sales you make. Revenue-sharing eligibility expires after 3 consecutive months without a sale. Figures are before your expenses and taxes.

For the tier table and the activity rule behind this example, see the commission page.

Rules for spas, salons and their teams

Your front-desk team may introduce Kemeia and pass on orders under your partner agreement. The commission is yours, and you make sure the team follows the partner guidelines. Clients who book with your massage therapists may hear about Kemeia at the front desk; the therapists themselves do not recommend products.

The partner guidelines cover each of these points, including how the Kemeia name and product photos may be used.

Questions spa and salon owners ask

What does it cost the spa to take part?

Joining is free, and partners are never asked to buy product. Commission comes from your clients' orders alone, with no stock to pay for first.

Will Kemeia orders get mixed up with our own retail sales?

They stay separate. A Kemeia sale is a transaction between your client and Kemeia, so it never passes through your register or appears in your retail stock count.

What happens when a client has a problem with an order?

Kemeia's customer support deals with it. Order and delivery questions go to Kemeia, which keeps your desk free for bookings.

Clients rebook every few weeks. Do their reorders earn commission?

Reorders count. You earn on eligible repeat orders from the clients attributed to you while your partnership stays active, and that eligibility ends if three consecutive months pass with no sale.

Can Kemeia appear on our booking site or service menu?

It can, with the commission disclosure beside it where clients see it without clicking. Keep the description to the supplied product wording, and use Kemeia's own product photos exactly as supplied.
