A commission partnership for wellness coaches
For a wellness coach, Kemeia is a commission partnership that sits beside the coaching, never inside it. When a client asks about wellness products, you share Kemeia's product information, make clear that Kemeia pays you commission on orders, and leave the choice with them.
How it fits a coaching practice
Coaching runs on regular sessions, in person or by video, with check-ins between them and goals reviewed over weeks or months. Food, sleep and energy come up in that work, and product questions follow.
The product conversation fits the end of a session, once the coaching work is done. Answer with the supplied information and your disclosure, and let the client order in their own time.
Payment, shipping and order support sit with Kemeia, so nothing about an order takes up session time.
What your coaching clients order
Your clients order from Kemeia's wellness range. You learn it before you mention it: what each product is, how it is positioned and what Kemeia's product information lets you say.
A worked commission example
Example: the customers you introduce place $1,000 of eligible, paid orders in one month. At the 20% starting rate, your commission on those orders is $200.
Illustration only, not a projection or promise of income. The amount is hypothetical and a month with no sales pays nothing. Kemeia pays commission only: there is no salary, income is not guaranteed, and results depend entirely on the sales you make. Revenue-sharing eligibility expires after 3 consecutive months without a sale. Figures are before your expenses and taxes.
The full tier table, and the conditions that apply to every rate, are on the partner commission page.
Rules that protect the coaching relationship
- Your client hears about the commission first. Before any product recommendation, in a session or in writing, let the client know Kemeia pays you commission. A program document or post that names a product carries the same disclosure.
- Supplied claims, with nothing added. Repeat each product's wording as Kemeia supplies it, and keep every other claim out of your sessions, posts and program notes.
- A coach does not diagnose, prescribe or set doses. When a client asks about a condition, a medication or whether a product suits them, the answer is their doctor or pharmacist.
- Some registrations rule you out. The program is closed to regulated health professionals, including dietitians, naturopaths, nurses and pharmacists. If you hold one of those registrations, it is closed to you.
- Messages about Kemeia go one to one, or in a newsletter clients agreed to receive. The partner guidelines rule out group blasts. A check-in message that mentions the range goes only to a client who consented; it names you, says you are a Kemeia partner, gives a mailing address and a way to reach you, and offers a way to unsubscribe.
Before your first client conversation about Kemeia, read the partner guidelines in full.
Questions wellness coaches ask
How is this different from the MLM offers coaches get?
Kemeia pays commission only on orders from your own clients. Nobody earns from signing up other partners, there is no fee to join, and Kemeia holds all the stock. The partner program FAQ has the detail.
Can I build products into a coaching package?
Products stay outside your coaching fee. Each client pays Kemeia for their own order, and partners never buy stock to resell, so your package covers the coaching and any product is a separate order.
I coach clients online, some outside Alberta. Does that work?
Calgary and Edmonton are where the first partner opportunities sit, and coaches elsewhere in Canada are welcome too, including those whose clients are online only. The application form accepts every province and territory except Quebec, where applications are not open yet.
How do I keep clients from feeling sold to?
Lead with the disclosure, so the commission is out in the open before any product name is. After that the decision is the client's, and your coaching is the same for a client who orders as for one who does not.
